Facilitate sessions with Store Operations leadership and Ops Leads provide deeper insight into key initiatives.Provide visibility to Store Operations leadership to effectively guide their teams on upcoming initiatives and store teams to effectively plan appropriate resources to support all operations and new initiatives.Identify, implement and support technology and associated processes as it relates to the Impact Planning process, Store Operations reporting and tools.Provide alternative options for tests, pilots, and rollout plans in order to ensure timely delivery of solutions to stores without compromising store operations processes, technology, or the customer experience. Align business leaders across the organization on the scheduling of strategic and tactical initiatives.Influence/negotiate with Store Operations project leads and Field leadership to ensure successful execution of daily store operations and new programs, including strategic initiatives. Assist with the Store Impact Planning process, including the maintenance and review of the Impact Calendar and escalation of collisions among planned initiatives.Framework considerations include, but are not limited to, of process/task complexity, change management assessments, Contact Center impact, and labor scheduling requirements. Design and implement methodology to determine the maximum capacity of change that a store can handle without jeopardizing the stores’ ability to achieve and sustain the desired result.Aligns key stakeholders on impact, prioritization, planning and execution of change, in order to achieve and sustain results, while minimizing unintentional disruption to our associates and customers. Manages special projects that are in response to significant disruptive events and trends or reoccurring problems within Store Operations support.
